Lollipops and Icecream Cake Pops

Double the size of cake pops, these ice creams don't melt in your hand!. The inside is made with your favourite cake sponges, like vanilla or chocolate..or why not go for carrot cake, jaffa cake, or ginger cake? The cake is all crumbled up and mixed with vanilla, chocolate, or salted caramel buttercream frosting or even peanut butter if you like and molded into an ice cream shape and onto a stick. Extra fillings like fruit pieces, meringue pieces, jam, lemon curd, peanut butter or caramel etc can be added. The outer shell is made with chocolate, coloured candy melts or frosting. If you want something more than the simple lollipop why not add a little extra bling or molded artwork?. I can create many beautiful designs, including Ice cream cone cake pops!

Single Ice cream cone cake pops are available for the same price as the smaller cake pops

Just like cheesecake pops but larger, the inside is made with any biscuit of your choice mixed with cream cheese with edible flavours and colours. You can also add any fruit of your choice into which the mixture is molded into a lollipop shape.  They can also be made without biscuits in which case, icing sugar and vanilla essence is added to sweeten the cream cheese. The outer shell is made with chocolate, coloured candy melts or frosting and decorated to your liking with extra bling
